14 Day Returns
For most off the shelf products, you have 14 Days from receipt of your items to return your goods to exchange your item for something else, recieve a credit note, or receive a full refund or if you are simply not satisfied. This applies to refundable goods only – Here is a helpful guide below to help you see what’s refundable and what isn't:
What you can’t send back
AS the majority of our clothing is now personalised just for you and your wedding party the order non-cancelable and is non-refundable:
Anything that’s specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, colour, message or any other customised aspect that makes it unique to you (and therefore not resellable).
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Personal items that can not be returned in the interest of hygiene such as leggings, socks and underwear.
In the instance where a hygiene seal exists that is broken such as swimwear.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
Items reduced for SALE purposes are non-refundable
Exceptions will apply to all of the above where the items are faulty.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is non-refundable before ordering.

1. Please fill in the attached form to be returned with your goods, so we know exactly what you need. Any credit notes will be emailed to your nominated email address & will be valid for 6 months.
2. Please ship items prepaid with the package securely wrapped to our retruns address below. Please also include a return postage satchel to send back the exchanged item for you, unless you have phoned to prepay for your items to be re-shipped. For International Orders you will be charged the new shipping fee’s applicable. We will communicate charges with you. We are sorry we do not credit the original shipping fee.
How to Return a product for a full refund if you change your mind Returns__Exchanges_Form.pdf
1. Please contact email@example.com or send the goods with your contact details. We may then need to obtain your credit card details again as we do not keep these on file for security purposes.
Once we receive your goods, within the 14 day period, we will refund the amount back to your card. We do not refund the original shipping fee.
2. Please fill in the attached form to send back with your goods.
3. Please ship items prepaid with the package securely wrapped to our Returns address below.
How to Return your goods if you beleive your product to be faulty or damaged
If your goods are faulty, we will absolutely replace your product, or in the instance where your product can not be replaced, refund your order including the shipping fee. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
